2. Products

The products offered are 3D printed and customizable items.

Each product is made to order according to the options chosen by the customer (color, name, symbol, etc.).

The visuals displayed on the website are non-contractual. Colors may slightly vary depending on screens or materials used.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (micro-enterprise regime).

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

The product is invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Once the order is validated and payment confirmed, production begins.

Orders for personalized products cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the website.

The order is processed only after full payment confirmation.

In the event of payment refusal or banking incident, the order will be automatically canceled.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped exclusively to collection points/lockers via the Mondial Relay network or one of its InPost group partners for the countries concerned.

The collection point/locker closest to the delivery address provided by the customer will be automatically selected at the time of shipment.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

Orders are shipped after production. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. The countries served are specified in the Delivery Policy available on the website.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or in cases of force majeure.

Shipping costs are specified before order validation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:

Personalized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

For non-personalized products, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

8. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

In case of a defective product, the customer must contact the seller by email.

 

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product.

The seller’s liability shall not be engaged for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase of the product.

 

10. Personal Data

Information collected is used solely for order processing.

It is neither resold nor shared with third parties.

The customer has the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data upon simple request by email.

 

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
