1. Shipping Areas

Delivery is available only to the following countries:

 

• Metropolitan France

• Belgium

• Luxembourg

• Netherlands

• Spain

• Portugal

• Germany

• Italy

• Poland

• Austria

 

No delivery is made to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) or to countries not listed above.

2. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped exclusively to collection points/lockers via the Mondial Relay network (or one of its InPost Group partners for countries outside France).

 

Home delivery is not available.

 

The collection point closest to the delivery address provided by the customer will be automatically selected at the time of shipment.

3. Delivery Times

 

Preparation Time :

As products are personalized and made to order, the preparation time is estimated between 2 and 5 business days.

This period may be exceptionally extended in cases of high activity or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

Transit Time :

• France: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

• Other eligible European countries listed above: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and logistical constraints of the transport network.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

 

4. Delivery Fees (VAT included)

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Prices are expressed in euros (VAT included) and depend on the total weight of the order (including packaging).

Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order.

5. Carrier Responsibility

Delivery times are indicative.

Crew Factory & Co cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over.

In case of delivery issues, a claim must be submitted directly to the carrier concerned.

If a parcel is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier and is returned to the sender, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
